Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or special-order items
  • Used, installed, or damaged products
  • Consumables (e.g., filters, cartridges) that have been opened or used

3. Return Process

Step 2 – Return Approval
Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions.

Step 3 – Ship the Item
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Step 4 – Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

6. Refunds
