Terms & Conditions – flomount International LLC

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Orders will be shipped according to your selected shipping method once all items become available, unless otherwise instructed. For special requests or inquiries, please contact our support team.
Shipping charges may include handling fees and do not necessarily reflect published carrier rates (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, other delivery channels etc).

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products sold by Flomount.com must be specified, installed, configured, used, and maintained by qualified personnel
By purchasing, you agree to limit Flomount.com’s liability to the purchase price of the item(s). Our role as a reseller is limited to facilitating warranty claims and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) with the original manufacturer.

Flomount.com and its suppliers shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, acts of terrorism, or accidents.
In such events, the buyer may choose to cancel or reschedule the affected portion of the order.
Title to goods remains with Flomount.com or its suppliers until payment is received in full. The buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss once the shipment leaves our facilities.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If products are intended for export, it is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all relevant international and U.A.E. export regulations, including restrictions on end-use, end-users, and destinations.
Unauthorized export, re-export, or diversion of restricted items is strictly prohibited and may be subject to criminal penalties.

Orders cannot be cancelled or significantly modified without written approval from Flomount.com. Restocking or cancellation fees may apply.
Limited-shelf-life items (e.g., electrochemical sensors) may incur a 100% restocking fee if cancelled or returned.
No returns are accepted for customer-configured items or calibration gas cylinders due to safety and customization factors. Calibration gases are hazardous materials (hazmat), requiring a license for shipping.
If approved, cancellation or return fees will apply as follows:

Cancellation after 24 hours (before shipment)	20% on standard items, 100% on limited-shelf-life/non-standard items
Returns within 30 days	30% restocking on standard/stock items; 50–100% on limited-shelf-life/non-standard items
Non-returnable items	Custom items (MEDC, FHF, ESP Safety, E2S), calibration gas, Honeywell configured products (fees escalate over time)

Products must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Products are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Flomount.com’s role is limited to assisting with warranty and RMA processes.
Customers must obtain an RMA number before returning any defective items. Please provide a detailed problem description, contact information, and include all original accessories.
All warranty returns must be received within the applicable warranty period.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Flomount.com will cover domestic ground return shipping only for approved warranty replacements. Upgrades and international shipments are at the customer’s expense.

Products must be handled by qualified professionals.
Per OSHA and NEC guidelines, classification of hazardous areas and selection of equipment must be supervised by a licensed professional engineer.
By purchasing, the customer confirms responsibility for ensuring product compliance with specifications and certifications. Manufacturers may alter specifications or certifications without notice.

Resale, shipment, or diversion of products to embargoed countries, including but not limited to Iran, Syria, Sudan, and North Korea, is strictly prohibited.

We strive to publish accurate product data as provided by manufacturers. However, Flomount.com is not liable for typographical errors, misprints, or outdated information.
Manufacturers may update, modify, or discontinue products without notice. For mission-critical applications, customers must verify specifications through official datasheets or manufacturer documentation prior to purchase.
Flomount.com’s liability for specification errors is limited to accepting product returns, subject to manufacturer policies.

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer updates.
In case of a pricing error, the correct price will apply regardless of any previously quoted or advertised price.

Orders may be delayed due to material shortages, global supply chain disruptions, pandemics, or geopolitical events. Flomount.com is not liable for delays or inability to deliver resulting from such events.
Orders shipped from the manufacturer under such conditions are considered final and are not eligible for return or refund.

Standard online payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. For international or non-U.A.E. accounts, any fee exceeding 3% may be invoiced separately.
